MARK R. ZECK, ESQ.
With over fifteen years of legal experience serving clients throughout
Connecticut and New York, Mark Zeck's experience provides positive results for
Mark attained his Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law is
2000, his certification in International Economic Relations from the Beijing
University of Business and Technology, Beijing, China in 1999, and his B.S. in
Marketing and Management from Marist College in 1995. Mark was admitted to
practice in Connecticut in 2000 and in New York in 2012.
Attorney Zeck is presently serving on the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight
Committee for the Connecticut House of Representatives do to his legal
experience and expertise. His resume includes working for the United States
Embassy, Beijing, China, the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office, the New
Haven Corporation Counsel, and the New Britain Criminal Clerk’s office. Those
opportunities together with his business degree and over fifteen years of
practical business experience gives Attorney Zeck a well-rounded
understanding of the various economic, legal, procedural, and agency issues
relevant to a broad range of client issues.
His skills have been utilized by private individuals, government agencies,
businesses, in civil, international, juvenile, and criminal cases. Litigation, legal
analysis, research, and writing are significant parts of his work experience. He
has trained in forensic science, criminal defense, and investigation with various
state and federal agencies, including a certificate in forensic interviewing from
the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
BEVERLEY ROGERS, ESQ. (Of Counsel)
Beverley a graduate of Pace University where she received a J.D. from the Law
School in 1998 and a B.A., Cum Laude, in 1991. Bev was admitted to
practice in Connecticut in 1998; in New York and the U.S. Southern District of
New York in 1999; and the U.S. District of Connecticut in 2001.
Before practicing law, Bev was employed by the State of New York as a Court
Reporter. While making an official record of the proceedings she also gained
valuable skills and insights into trial tactics, procedures and the psychology of
witnesses and juries.
She is a member of the following Bar Associations: Connecticut, Westchester
Women's, Greater Danbury, Connecticut Trial Lawyers, National Employment
Lawyers Association, Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association.
